Hidden beds are pushed up into a wall so that when it is up you don't even realize the bed is there. Usually you aren't going to have something in front of the bed when it is folded up so you can easily pull it down, although it is possible to still have light objects in front of the bed so it can be easily moved out of the way so you don't have to move much out of the way to access the wall beds.
These beds don't have to be small, as there are different kinds of beds that can be installed inside a room that actually folds up, pushes away or is altered in some way to allow you to still use one room as an office or lounge, all at the same time. These different beds range from hidden beds to Murphy wall beds and are a valued addition to any room or apartment, no matter where you live or what your living spaces currently are.
When positioning the bed, you need to ensure that the head of the bed is touching the wall. The size of the bed needs to be perfect for your bedroom. Measure your bedroom and then check out the space that is available for the bed. If the bed occupies a major portion of the bed room, your movement will be restricted when you are off the bed. If you have kids in the house, you will surely need some free space in the bedroom.
